ACEREZ, a partnership of ACCIONA, COBRA and Endeavour Energy, has been appointed network operator by EnergyCo to design, build, finance, operate and maintain the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) transmission network. The ACCIONA COBRA Joint Venture (ACJV), the design and construct (D&C) consortium, will design and build the Central-West Orana REZ transmission project.
The new transmission network infrastructure will deliver at least 4.5 gigawatts of new network capacity from 2028 to connect 7.7 gigawatts of wind and solar projects, which is enough to power more than 2 million homes each year.

About the Role
Our Central-West Orana project is currently seeking A dedicated HR Coordinator that will be responsible for working closely with leaders, employees, candidates and various internal / external stakeholders, providing efficient and timely coordination, guidance, exemplary service and support across the full employee life cycle and other 360 HR activities. The role will serve as an effective conduit between different departments and people to influence, manage and deliver the objectives of the HR function.
- Responsible for all HR Coordination activities efficiently and effectively, in a timely manner to ensure the needs of the business are met
- Build effective relationships with the business and provide coaching & guidance on procedures / process to meet customer focused HR service delivery and manage expectations
- Manage multiple / conflicting priorities efficiently, multi-tasking effectively, be resilient and solutions driven to deliver results in challenging situations
- Deliver HR Coordination for Recruitment & Resourcing including but not limited to Pre-employment checks, approvals, internal transfers, interstate and international mobility, candidate management and liaison
- Coordinate the onboarding for all new starters and supporting hiring managers as required during this process
- Support the HR Team in all employment matters including but not limited to case management, terminations, redundancies, demobilisation
- Prepare accurate and timely reports including but not limited to recruitment, new starters, monthly HR Report and turnover
- Support the development and implementation of HR and other business initiatives as required
- Responsible for accurate and timely maintenance and updating for all Project HR Systems, documentation, files, forms and records with a focus on ensuring all documentation is legally compliant and meeting best practice standards
- Responsible for any HR event organisation, assist organisational development & training and coordination of any other HR initiatives and programs
- Provide ad hoc services and any other assistance as directed by the HR Manager
Criteria for Selection
- Bachelor's degree, or tertiary qualification in Business or Human Resources, or similar
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in large project based or complex / fast paced business environment in a similar role delivering contemporary HR services and practices (must have experience in a medium-to-large sized business, with construction engineering experience highly desirable)
- General knowledge of relevant legislation, employment laws and current Human Resource best practices
- Demonstrated experience in managing challenging stakeholders, juggling competing priorities and driving efficient and timely delivery of HR Services
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, solutions driven and customer focused mindset
- Highly organised with exceptional time management and planning abilities, setting own priorities within time constraints, and managing conflicting demands
- Able to maintain the highly confidential nature of Human Resource work
- Meticulous in attention to detail and maintaining the accuracy of HR Systems and Records
- Highly resilient, flexible, agile, service driven, can-do and a respectful attitude is a must
