About The Opportunity
We are seeking a Health and Safety Manager – Transmission to join ACCIONA Mechanical and Electrical’s National Transmission Team. This national role will lead health and safety strategies across high-voltage transmission projects, including overhead lines and substations. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to embed a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS legislation and standards.

- Conduct audits and risk assessments across project sites
- Provide expert advice to project teams and stakeholders
- Develop and implement safety improvement initiatives
- Champion a proactive safety culture across all activities
- Tertiary qualification in WHS or related discipline
- Proven experience in health and safety for major projects
- Knowledge of transmission or high-voltage environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to travel and work onsite nationally
