Job Description
The Project
The project includes the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the plant with first production in 2028. Works include marine works and tunnels, seawater intake system, a seawater reverse osmosis desalination plant, groundwater system, drinking water storage and pump system, supported by civil, electrical and bulk earthworks.

The Project
The project includes the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the plant with first production in 2028. Key Accountabilities
- Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, including welcoming and directing visitors
- Maintain office environment by organizing meeting rooms, common areas, and coordinating maintenance needs
- Coordinate logistics such as couriers, catering for meetings and events, and participate in emergency management
- Handle administrative tasks including stationery orders, printing, laminating, and preparation of communication materials
- Support project communications by drafting and distributing updates, recording meeting minutes, and managing swipe access cards
- Provide travel and financial support including booking flights and accommodation, credit card reconciliations, and relief for the Alliance Manager’s personal assistant during leave
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness, and coffee machine maintenance
- Manage office supplies and contracted services, including kitchen stock, cleaners, plants, and storage areas
- Strong administrative and organizational skills to manage office operations, supplies, and maintenance efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for serving as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders and managing team communications.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks such as preparing meeting minutes, handling credit card reconciliations, and maintaining registers (e.g., swipe access cards).
- Proficiency in office coordination tasks, including booking travel, organizing catering, and supporting events and meetings.
- Ability to work independently and provide support to senior management and personal assistants, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
