About the project and opportunity:
Acciona has been nominated to deliver a program of works for Western Power relating to the Clean Energy Link. These works will see us upgrading and installing transmission lines and upgrading substations to enable the green energy to flow to Perth.
As part of the project team, you will be reporting to the Safety Manager. You will assist with providing key administrative support to the wider project team across all health and safety activities. A key requirement is to assist in health and safety reporting, as well as the end-to-end coordination of a range of health and safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Onboard our people and sub-contractors through 3D Safety
- Promote a positive culture of health and safety awareness
- Ensure safety databases and records are accurate and effective
- Assist with preparation of safety documents as required
- Maintain and update HSE noticeboards site wide
- Support health and safety training and skill development
- Provide timely health and safety information to internal and external customers
Skills and Capabilities we are seeking:
- Previous experience in an administration role within a fast paced environment
- Safety administration experience in a construction or similar heavy industry environment is highly regarded but not essential
- Safety qualification (desirable)
- Experience in 3D Safety would be highly beneficial
