Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the office
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Email, calendar, travel, and expense management & reconciliations
- Organise and coordinate meetings, events, and presentations
- Prepare reports, documents, meeting minutes and correspondence
- General word processing including document collection, document management, and contracts
- Proven experience in office management and/or an executive assistant role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document control systems
- Enthusiastic and adaptable nature
