We're currently recruiting a Document Controller, for one of our Water projects, to be responsible for maintaining efficient control of project related documents and records to ensure that all work is done from up-to-date revisions /versions and all evidence is appropriately filed.

We're currently recruiting a Document Controller, for one of our Water projects, to be responsible for maintaining efficient control of project related documents and records to ensure that all work is done from up-to-date revisions /versions and all evidence is appropriately filed.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Document Control and Documentation Management Plan
- Ensure accurate uploading and distribution of project related documents, records, and correspondence
- Auditing, monitoring and 'self-checking' of project document control and records management activities
- Contribute to the development of control checks and document control procedures, ensure they are followed and report any issues
- Ensure that Team Binder is being used as the primary system for communication and document management
- Ensure all new revisions of drawings and documents replicated in and appropriately distributed in Team Binder
- Previous experience ideally in a Document Controller role ideally in Construction however not essential
- Experience using RibCX, Ineight, TeamBinder preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
