The Opportunity
Ensure the effective coordination and control of Engineering Works for a designated Project through activities of technical, engineering, inspection, scheduling, planning, survey, procurement and quality control based on ACCIONA standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the operational aspects of work crews to ensure the effective and efficient use of systems and processes involved with all phases of the project management model
- Ensures the delegated scope of works meet or exceed the required performance targets in relation to time, cost and quality
- Reviews the subcontractor’s construction program(s) and assists in identifying critical areas/risks
- Identify and forecast risks and opportunities for the relevant scope of works
- Tracks subcontractor resources daily and record accurately
- Prepares cost plan/resources for daily cost planning meeting
- Monitors resourcing against agreed budget tracker, report variances to Project Engineer
- Tertiary Qualification in Civil Engineering or Similar
- Minimum 2 years’ experience post gradaute in a project-based environment
- Exposure to civil infrastructure
