ACCIONA is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant - ICT Finance Business Partner manage end-to-end ICT cost processes across the ACCIONA Group. This role will lead ICT budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring accurate reporting and cost recovery.
You will optimise internal controls, drive process improvements, and facilitate month-end activities. Reporting to senior leadership, you will also manage and mentor the ICT administration team.

- Report and analyse actual results against budgets and forecasts
- Own ICT budget preparation, variance analysis, and forecasting
- Control ICT costs and implement effective cost management strategies
- Manage ICT cost recovery processes and deliver accurate reporting
- Optimise and improve internal controls and financial processes
- Facilitate month-end close and ensure timely reporting
- Lead, mentor, and develop the ICT administration team
- Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CA qualification preferred
- Expertise in ICT cost management, financial control, and ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Proven leadership and business partnering skills to influence senior stakeholders
