We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to come join our team in South Melbourne. In this key role you will be supporting and maintaining payroll and workforce management systems to ensure accurate timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll processing.
You will work closely with Payroll, HR, IT, and other departments to optimise system performance, ensure compliance, and support business operations. Any hands-on experience with payroll processing and executing pay runs is highly advantageous.

We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to come join our team in South Melbourne. In this key role you will be supporting and maintaining payroll and workforce management systems to ensure accurate timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll processing.
You will work closely with Payroll, HR, IT, and other departments to optimise system performance, ensure compliance, and support business operations. Any hands-on experience with payroll processing and executing pay runs is highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain payroll-related systems, including time and attendance, scheduling, and leave management platforms.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system users across the organisation.
- Manage user access, permissions, and system configurations in line with business needs.
- Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to support system integrations and upgrades.
- Generate and analyse system reports to support payroll accuracy, compliance, and operational insights.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
- Support compliance with internal policies, industrial relations legislation, and relevant awards or agreements.
- Assist in testing and implementing system enhancements or new modules.
- Experience working with payroll or workforce management systems (e.g., Kronos/UKG, SAP, ADP, Chris21/Ichris, etc.) comes highly desirable
- Understanding of payroll processes and system administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of industrial relations and labour compliance frameworks highly desirable.
