We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HSE Systems Coordinator to join our team in South Melbourne. In this dynamic role, you will lead the administration, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) systems across projects throughout Australia and New Zealand.
This key position ensures HSE data is accurately captured, securely stored, and effectively reported to support compliance, risk management, and informed decision-making. You’ll work closely with Subject Matter Experts across the business to implement and embed HSE platforms that promote safety excellence and operational efficiency.

We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HSE Systems Coordinator to join our team in South Melbourne. You’ll work closely with Subject Matter Experts across the business to implement and embed HSE platforms that promote safety excellence and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibility
- Administer and maintain HSE software platforms (e.g. Lucidity, 3D Safety), including user access, system configurations, and contractor onboarding.
- Ensure accurate data entry and reporting across all HSE systems, providing dashboards and analytics to support compliance and decision-making.
- Maintain digital records and ensure system alignment with ISO standards and regulatory requirements, supporting audits and compliance reviews.
- Launch HSE systems on new projects, deliver training and support to staff, and develop user guides and troubleshooting resources.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation and collaborating with teams to enhance system usability and effectiveness.
- Brings a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and experience administering HSE systems, ideally supported by a relevant degree qualification.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Applies analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Communicates effectively with excellent verbal and written skills, building and maintaining strong relationships across teams.
