Key Responsibilities
- Comply with ACCIONA systems, standards, and Health & Safety legislation.
- Maintain and provide access to relevant standards, policies, and guidelines.
- Ensure all correspondence meets ACCIONA and project procedures.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notices, and minutes as required.
- Support the Commercial Team with contract administration.
- Handle information securely and maintain confidentiality.
- Coordinate with other admin staff to uphold project administration standards.
- Assist site staff with presentations and document formatting.
- Liaise with IT for site-related issues.
- Gather data for reports and manage monthly reporting as needed.
- Prepare reports and documentation as directed.
- Plan and schedule work to meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with project teams, visitors, and external stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications, certifications or 2 years related experience.
- Experience with MS Office suite of applications in particular Word and Excel.
- Excellent and clear communication – verbal and written.
- High attention to detail.
- Must be customer-focused, team-oriented, accountable, and results-driven.
- Strong administrative and time management skills.
- Ability and willingness to adapt, quickly learn, and use new skills.
