As a Project Engineer, you will take on a variety of tasks and responsibilities within charging infrastructure projects. You will provide technical and organizational support for the projects and be part of an existing project team for electromobility charging infrastructure.

Charging infrastructure consultant

Charging Infrastructure & Energy Transition Projects

You support clients across the energy, mobility, and automotive sectors in advancing the energy transition, with a focus on charging infrastructure initiatives. Your work includes supporting roll‑out programs and technical project management activities and collaborating with key stakeholders across the electromobility ecosystem.

End-to-End Project Execution

You are involved across the full lifecycle of charging infrastructure roll‑out projects, from early planning phases through implementation. This includes supporting activities such as grid connection coordination, site development, funding and stakeholder management, product-related topics, and the realization of infrastructure projects.

Project Ownership & Early Responsibility

From day one, you actively contribute to shaping and delivering projects in a dynamic and fast‑growing market environment. You take on responsibility within project teams and support the execution of workstreams, helping to translate concepts into tangible results.

Agile & Sustainable Working Environment

You work in agile, interdisciplinary teams with experienced experts in energy and mobility. You continuously develop your skills and knowledge in the fields of charging infrastructure and the energy industry while contributing to sustainable and future-oriented solutions.

About the skills that make your work successful:


  • Proficiency in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2), enabling effective collaboration in international and cross-functional environments.
  • A completed university degree in Energy Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
  • A strong interest in charging infrastructure, e‑mobility, and the energy transition; prior exposure through internships, consulting projects, industry roles, or academic work is considered a plus.
  • A structured and proactive working style with an interest in project management and the coordination of multidisciplinary stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and a motivated, hands-on mindset with a passion for sustainable energy and mobility solutions.
