As Project Manager, you will lead the successful execution of Energy Storage System projects, ensuring delivery within defined scopes, timelines, budgets, and quality standards while contributing directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, internal leadership, and external stakeholders to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Lead the end-to-end execution of assigned ESS projects by guiding cross-functional teams through each delivery phase, monitoring real-time progress across scope, budget, quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Spearhead project definition and planning from concept initiation by establishing clear objectives, scope, and budgets that align with strategic business aims and ensure financial viability.
- Oversee all project documentation from initial stages to completion, ensuring seamless turnover to Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and preserving the confidentiality of project estimates, design drawings, and feasibility reports.
- Manage project reporting and risk escalation to Senior Management, while collaborating with the Business Group Compliance Team to secure necessary licenses, regulatory permits, and contractual security compliance.
- Demonstrates exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills to direct multi-disciplinary teams, resolve conflicts, and maintain high safety and environmental standards.
- Possesses strong strategic, critical thinking, and negotiation capabilities to structure contracts and deliver net-recovery positive project results.
- Exhibits high emotional intelligence, resilience, and quality focus when navigating complex regulatory and execution environments.
- Communicates effectively with internal executive leaders, business unit teams, contractors, LGUs, and government regulatory agencies.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager for large and medium-sized projects, preferably in the power or energy storage sector
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
- Proficiency in applying project management principles, using project management software tools, and contract analysis/structuring
- Strong skills in regulatory compliance, data reporting, digital dexterity, and mathematical/computational analysis
