Project Developer Germany

We're building one of the companies that will decide how clean energy moves in this market. We move at a pace that unsettles those watching from the outside, in a sector that's still being defined — which means the decisions we make now will matter for decades.

We're a young company, moving fast and still being built. People who take ownership here grow faster than they would anywhere else.

The Role:

We're looking for a bilingual Project Developer to lead our renewable energy pipeline in Germany. Based in Spain but spending significant time on the ground in Germany, you'll be responsible for identifying, evaluating and developing solar and BESS projects from scratch — finding land, building relationships with landowners, negotiating agreements and moving projects through the development cycle. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows what a solar plant is, understands the development process end-to-end, and is comfortable operating across two markets.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and originate new project opportunities in Germany, including land scouting and pipeline building.
  • Approach and negotiate directly with landowners for land purchase or lease agreements.
  • Lead and support M&A processes, including internal project reviews and preparation of Non-Binding Offers (NBOs).
  • Analyse land restrictions, zoning conditions and site suitability for solar and BESS development.
  • Review solar resources, wind data and preliminary plant layouts.
  • Manage grid connection applications and building permit processes, coordinating with technical and legal teams.
  • Coordinate across internal teams (technical, legal, finance) to move projects forward through each development phase.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental standards throughout the development process.

Minimum Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of experience in renewable energy project development.
  • Solid understanding of solar PV projects and the development cycle (permitting, grid connection, land, layout).
  • Experience in M&A processes and/or land negotiation in the energy sector.
  • Bilingual Spanish/German essential for this role. English is a plus.
  • Comfortable splitting time between Spain and Germany on a regular basis.
  • Proactive, autonomous and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Why Work With Us?

Ownership from day one. You have processes that are yours and real room to change them when they don't work.

Direct impact. You'll work on deals that move the portfolio — not on analysis that ends up in a folder.

Room to grow, fast. We're growing faster than most, and that creates space for people who want to move up.

International exposure. Portfolio and team with presence across multiple markets.

What We offer:

  • Competitive salary, aligned with the market.
  • Permanent full-time contract.
  • Real progression in a company that isn't slowing down.
