Site Manager Italy
At ABEI, we are building one of the companies that will help shape how clean energy moves across this market. We do it at full speed, in an industry that is still evolving — which means the decisions we make today will have an impact for decades to come.
We are a young company, growing fast and still building the future of our business. People who join us and take ownership have the opportunity to grow faster than they would almost anywhere else.
About The Role
As Site Manager, you will be ABEI Energy's key representative on site during the construction phase of our renewable energy projects in Italy. You will be responsible for ensuring that construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with the company's quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
You will work closely with contractors, subcontractors, engineering consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams, coordinating day-to-day construction activities and acting as the main point of contact on site. This role requires a strong field presence, practical problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while driving project execution forward.
What You'll Do
What We're Looking For:
Ownership from Day One
You will own processes, make decisions, and have the freedom to improve the way things are done.
Real Impact
You will work on projects that directly contribute to the growth of our renewable energy portfolio, not on analyses that end up forgotten in a folder.
Unlimited Growth Potential
We are growing faster than most companies in the sector, creating opportunities for people who want to take on greater responsibility and accelerate their careers.
International Exposure
You will be part of a global team delivering renewable energy projects across multiple markets.
