Position Sales Manager Status Hybrid position in Miami, Florida. The role contributes to Smart Power and Smart Building initiatives in Central America and the Caribbean. Responsibilites In this role, you will be responsible for the sales of products, systems, and services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. Accountable For Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB's offering and strategy. Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicating value proposition to customers. Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supporting cash collection and project management activities, when needed. Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required) with 3+ years of relevant experience, particularly in the electrical industry and with ABB products. Customer & Sales Expertise: Proven ability to work with OEM customers and channel partners, manage complex contract negotiations, and respond quickly to customer needs. Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong in technical applications, proposal development, and use of analytical software and sales tools; Six Sigma or equivalent quality training preferred. Communication & Leadership: Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with experience leading discussions and building strong customer relationships. Language: Fluent in English and Spanish. Work Authorization & Travel: Candidates must already have a U.S. work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB and be willing to travel as needed.
