As an organization, we have successfully diverted over 3,000 tonnes of waste from landfills last year, returning more than 50 tonnes back to farms through composting as a service.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Regional Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales operations within the assigned region, identifying new business opportunities, and building and nurturing relationships with partners and clients. Key tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing team performance, providing insights for marketing initiatives, and meeting revenue targets. The role will also involve frequent engagement with communities and stakeholders to promote Aaditi Stonesoup's products and services for sustainable waste management.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, business development, and account management skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting targets, and analyzing market trends
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales reporting tools
  • Passion for sustainability, environmental impact, and waste management practices
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, and collaborate effectively with diverse groups
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a sales role within the environmental or waste management sector is a strong advantage
