Renewable Energy Backend Operations Executive

About the Role 

Aadishakti Green Systems is looking for an organized and proactive Project & Operations Executive to support the management of renewable energy opportunities and ensure smooth coordination between clients, developers, consultants and other stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities 

 Coordinate and track renewable energy projects and business opportunities from initial enquiry through closure.

 Maintain project databases, CRM records and opportunity trackers.

 Coordinate with clients, developers, consultants, EPC companies and other stakeholders.

 Manage project documentation, information collection and follow-ups.

 Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, project profiles and commercial documentation.

 Track pending activities, deadlines and next actions across active projects.

 Support the Business Development team and management in meetings, proposals and business development activities.

 Ensure timely communication and follow-up with all relevant stakeholders.

Candidate Profile 

 1–3 years of experience in renewable energy, power, infrastructure, EPC, project management or a related industry.

 Excellent organizational and coordination skills.

 Strong written and verbal communication.

 Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic CRM tools.

 Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and execution capabilities.

 Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

 Proactive, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Preferred 

Experience in solar, wind, open access, PPA, EPC, project development or power sector operations will be preferred.
