We are seeking a Strategy & Execution Lead who will work closely with the company’s

directors and senior management in identifying, developing, and implementing strategic

initiatives in the green fuels and industrial decarbonization space.

The role will involve identifying emerging opportunities, engaging with stakeholders across

industry and government, conducting market and technical assessments, and translating

strategic discussions into actionable business initiatives.

The candidate will play a key role in helping the company develop partnerships, engage with

potential clients, and convert ideas and opportunities into viable projects and business

engagements.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the

company’s business operations in Mumbai. The role involves supporting multiple teams

including engineering, project execution, management, and client coordination by managing

all administrative, logistical, and operational functions.

This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong communication skills,

industry awareness, and the ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders including

government bodies, industrial partners, technology providers, and clients.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and

is comfortable moving between high-level strategy and on-ground execution.


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Business Development

• Identify and evaluate opportunities in green fuels, hydrogen, waste-to-fuels, and

industrial decarbonization

• Conduct market, technical, and financial assessments for new initiatives

• Support entry into new markets and development of strategic partnerships

• Assist in converting opportunities into executable projects


2. Stakeholder & Government Engagement

• Engage with industrial partners, clients, consultants, and investors

• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, regulators, and public

sector bodies

• Support policy-level discussions and regulatory coordination

• Act as a bridge between the company and external stakeholders


3. Founder’s Office & Strategic Execution

• Work directly with leadership to translate ideas into actionable initiatives

• Drive follow-ups, execution tracking, and cross-functional coordination

• Support decision-making through structured analysis and insights

• Assist in prioritization and execution of key business initiatives


4. Strategic Documentation & Communication

• Prepare proposals, concept notes, presentations, and briefing documents

• Draft communications for clients, partners, and government stakeholders

• Support fundraising, partnerships, and project development documentation


5. Operations & Business Management

• Ensure smooth day-to-day business and office operations

• Support engineering, project execution, and management teams

• Manage administrative systems and improve operational efficiency


6. Legal, Financial & Compliance Coordination

• Assist in corporate legal documentation (contracts, NDAs, agreements, guarantees)

• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions

• Support accounting processes including invoices, payments, and records

• Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements


7. HR & Organizational Support

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation

• Support internal coordination and team management processes


8. Logistics & Execution Support

• Coordinate travel, site logistics, shipments, and documentation

• Support project execution teams with operational requirements


9. Research & Industry Intelligence

• Track developments in energy transition, hydrogen, and sustainability sectors

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and policy tracking

• Provide insights to support strategic decision-making


Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Management, or related field

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or similar roles

• Experience with engineering firms, project-based companies, or infrastructure sectors

preferred

• Candidates with strong analytical backgrounds (including Chartered Accountants or

UPSC aspirants) are encouraged to apply
