Join our vibrant coworking space dedicated to climate tech entrepreneurs, innovators, and changemakers as our Coworking Space Hero with Climate Tech Mojo. You'll be the welcoming face of our in-person community, ensuring a seamless experience for members while playing a crucial role in attracting, onboarding, and growing new climate champions.
Your Impact:
“Director of First Impressions”:
Be the ambassador & own the space: Greet members and visitors warmly, answer questions, provide tours, manage and grow the space with efficiency.
Cultivate a thriving community: Foster a collaborative atmosphere, support with organizing events, and connect members to resources and each other.
Drive positive change: Support with productivity, resources, and above all else - help the company win.
Champion the Community:
Identify climate heroes: Seek out passionate individuals and organizations aligned with our mission, through networking, events, and targeted outreach.
Inspire with purpose: Showcase the unique benefits of our climate-focused coworking space, highlighting how it fuels their sustainability goals.
Close deals with impact: Negotiate memberships, secure new tenants, and drive revenue growth for our mission-driven space.
Build meaningful relationships: Understand member needs, exceed expectations, and become a trusted advisor on their climate journey.
Thrive in fast-paced environments and wear multiple hats with ease.
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Are a natural persuader with a genuine passion for climate action.
