The Mission

Are you ready to build the hardware that powers a greener planet? We are seeking an energetic, entry-level Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Phoenix. You won't just be sitting behind a desk; you’ll be a key player in designing, testing, and implementing the control systems that allow solar arrays to track the sun with precision.

What You’ll Do

  • Create & Design: Assist in the development of solar tracker controllers and sensors that meet the highest performance and safety standards.
  • Master the Board: Support the development of circuit diagrams, wiring schematics, and PCB layouts using Altium .
  • Simulate & Solve: Use tools like LTspice and MATLAB to run simulations and analyze data to find the next big efficiency win.
  • Get Hands-On: Validate prototypes in our lab using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and function generators.
  • Collaborate: Work side-by-side with firmware and software experts to integrate hardware with cloud monitoring portals.

What You Bring

  • The Degree: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering ( BSEE ) or Electrical Engineering Technology ( BSEET ).
  • The Tech Stack: Familiarity with Altium , and a working knowledge of programming languages like C/C++, Python, or MATLAB .
  • The Knowledge: A solid grasp of electrical engineering principles and the NFPA 70E National Electrical Code .
  • The Vibe: You are coachable, assertive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can work both independently and as part of a team.
