  • Analyse data, evidence, and context to identify clear and actionable insights
  • Develop behaviour-change strategies, creative propositions, and campaign frameworks
  • Work closely with creative, PR, social and account teams to shape strong creative work
  • Write clear and inspiring creative briefs
  • Present strategy confidently to senior clients and stakeholders
  • Design evaluation frameworks and lead campaign effectiveness reviews
  • Commission and interpret data and research to demonstrate impact
  • Explore innovative and technology solutions beyond the brief – including the latest in Generative and Agentic AI
  • Act as a senior voice within the Strategy team and support the development of more junior colleagues

You’re Likely to Be

  • An established Senior Strategist or Senior Planner from a creative, PR or integrated agency
  • Strong in PR, partnerships, and earned-led campaign thinking
  • Experienced working with government, public sector, charity, or purpose-driven organisations
  • Comfortable operating at senior client level
  • Motivated by work that focuses on behaviour change and social impact

YOU KNOW YOU'RE RIGHT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU CAN DEMONSTRATE...

Competencies:

  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to simplify complex challenges
  • Solid understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Confidence working with and interrogating data to generate insight
  • A clear understanding of how PR, partnerships, and integrated communications drive results
  • Skilled with Generative AI techniques, including writing brilliant prompts and judging generative outputs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience with tools such as YouGov, GWI or TGI is helpful but not essential.

You’ll Thrive at 23red If You Are

  • Creative and able to push thinking beyond the obvious
  • Collaborative and comfortable working across disciplines
  • Thoughtful, emotionally intelligent, and confident in senior conversations
  • Curious about how and why people behave the way they do
  • Committed to doing work that makes a positive difference
