These developments address the converging global crises of housing, climate resilience, and social cohesion—and redefine what it means to live well.

With a flagship prototype under development in Delaware, a first-in-the-nation policy endorsement, and a fully developed franchise-ready blueprint, we are positioned to scale globally. We now seek a Chief Executive Officer to partner with the Founder and lead this transformative enterprise from vision to execution.

This is a unique opportunity for a world-class operator to help shape a new category in global real estate, combining profitability, sustainability, and impact.

The Role: Architect of Growth and Execution

The CEO will serve as both strategic driver and operational architect, converting a visionary blueprint into a scalable, investable, and high-performing enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Execution: Translate the founder’s vision into a structured growth roadmap that scales the Sanctuary Suburb model across markets.
• Capital Leadership: Lead all capital formation activities—from the current $7M seed raise through Series A and beyond, including the establishment of Lotus Sanctum Capital, our dedicated investment arm.
• Operational Excellence: Build the systems, culture, and team to execute at scale across development, technology, and finance verticals.
• Market Expansion: Drive the global franchising and licensing strategy for our proprietary real estate and AI platform IP.
• Mission Integrity: Ensure growth remains aligned with 1 Lake Dr.’s core values of resilience, innovation, and stewardship.

Candidate Profile: The Builder of a Movement

The ideal candidate combines institutional-grade leadership with the entrepreneurial vision to build a company that sets new benchmarks in both impact and performance.

Qualifications:

• Venture-Scale Experience: 10+ years leading high-growth ventures or investment-backed organizations, ideally in PropTech, ClimateTech, or real estate development.
• Capital Markets Mastery: Demonstrated success in fundraising, deal structuring, and investor relations.
• Operational Leadership: Proven ability to scale teams, systems, and culture from startup to enterprise level.
• Strategic Insight: Expertise in sustainable infrastructure, modular construction, or data-driven development models is highly advantageous.
• Values Alignment: A deep commitment to innovation that serves people and planet—executed with commercial precision and measurable results.

The Mandate: From Prototype to Global Platform

The selected CEO will:

1. Lead the completion and commercialization of the Delaware prototype.
2. Prepare the company for Series A expansion ($70M target).
3. Establish a scalable framework for national and international franchise replication.
4. Position 1 Lake Dr. as a global leader in regenerative, high-density, resilient community design.
